Dust-Me Selectors is a Firefox extension that finds unused CSS selectors by inspecting your stylesheet and comparing the rules with the elements in your markup.

PageSpeed provides similar details. It will also give you details on inefficient CSS selectors that you are using.

I tend to use Unused-CSS. I find this service easier to use. You can customize and download the clean CSS file.
