Solved it!

I created another div in the footer.php, styled it in style.css, and put the div-siteinfo to display:none . That did the trick and oh, removed all description from Thematic options too! I don't know how tight or tacky that solution is, but it's working, hehe!

Hi,
On my recent project www.allhimalaya.com I want to customize the footer links (siteinfo). Searching the forums, Chris' solution suggested to change it from the Thematic Options in Admin. But how do i place the copyright logo, and custom links ?

The easiest way i know of is to -

a) create another div in footer.php and put everything there, but that would not replace the siteinfo (ofcourse i can make the text in Thematic Options blank)

b) to use the div - siteinfo already in the footer.php but change it to put what I want. Now how do i put the html code and links there? that's where my knowledge gives up sadly :-)

i am hoping Chris or another messiah will come and bail me out.
