The character limit on my commenter's names is now 20, not 50 like it should be. I searched through my functions.php and didn't find "20" in there. I have installed a couple of plugins recently, but none that are related to comments. But normal css tweaks are not enough for this change, it has do be done with code. Have you made any changes to functions.php? I made some changes to my comments lately (changed font formatting, comment margin/padding and moved the gravatar from the left to the right side), and noticed a strange side effect. Now the author's names are cut short, like there's a character limit imposed on them. I believe this is a new issue related to the changes I made, but I could be wrong.
