Nope. Even after selecting a different aside and hitting "show", it still adds all widgets to the main aside. The "add" link is always like: <a href="http://www.azigo.com/company/wp-admin/widgets.php?show&add=links&_wpnonce=e0255b77ce" rel="nofollow">http://www.azigo.com/company/wp-admin/widgets.php?show&add=links&_wpnonce=e0255b77ce</a> If I copy the link, paste into my address bar, and add "&sidbar=page-bottom", (for example) then it adds to the correct aside. This is with Thematic 0.9 just downloaded and installed 2 days ago.
