The only solution that I could figure out was to copy the comments.php file to my child theme folder and edit it such that the form code was pasted above the list code. </p> <p>Is this the correct approach for now? Or are there hooks for these two components that could be reshuffled in a child functions file rather than directly editing the core file? </p>
