Basically I just want to put the word "Search" in the search field and have some onfocus and onblur going on in there. I can modify the widgets.php and it works, but I'd rather modify a child of it and can't get that to work.</p> <p>I've been messing around in my child theme's functions.php file, but no dice.<br /> So how can I override widgets? Thanks! </p>
