3-C-Fixed Layout question

    Hi! I'm working on a 3-c-fixed layout, and I'm wanting to add one widget area to the top of my sidebar area (which contains the primary & secondary sidebars). I'd like for it to be the full width of the two sidebars combined. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks!
