940px to 1024px Layout

    Is there a way to make the 940px layout into a 1024px layout? Do I do this by creating a new layout css and referring to that? Just worried about making invasive changes...

    I just copy the sample layout into my Child Theme, rename it, and start changing it to the desired width, importing that in my Child Theme style.css.
