Add adsense code to header

I thought this would would be easy, like there would be examples but i havnt found anything. Iv seen some code that replaces the blog title and description with an image, i would imagen its as simple as that instead of displaying an image it would be the adsense code. how can i put adsense code within the headers/blog title area.?

im not trying to add widgets in the header or nothin like that, i just want to remove the blog title and description and replace it with ad sense code which would be its image ads

but the process is very similar to adding a widget in the header... insofar as you add an action to a hook.
