Hello,
I have been working on a website (http://lifemoneyconsult.com/wordpress2/) with Feature Site & Thematic.
I'm having a problem. I need to add a phone number and a clickable email link to the header. I thought about adding it as part of the image, but I want people to be able to click on the logo for going back to the homepage, and also, be able to click on the email link. In the blog title, I can't put any html code in...
Help!

It should be on the right hand side, either above or below the search bar that is there.

this is the basic functionality .. search for:
function childtheme_searchform() {
get_search_form();
}
add_action('thematic_header','childtheme_searchform',7);in the child theme's functions.php and change it to:
function childtheme_searchform() { ?>
<div id="contact-info">
Email: test@test.com
Phone: (123) 123.123.123
</div>
<?php
get_search_form();
}
add_action('thematic_header','childtheme_searchform',7);.. add the following code to the child theme's style.css:
#contact-info {
position:absolute;
right:0;
top:127px;
}This should give you an idea where to start.

Another approach would be to create a couple of html hotspots (image map) in your image. here is a brief description of the process. http://www.javascriptkit.com/howto/imagemap.shtml you could have most of the image link to the home page with a small hotspot for email

Chris - that worked thank you so much! I had been trying to figure it out for a week now it's fixed.
