Hi there. I have chosen a static page (which is actually a second level child page) as the home page. I want its link to also show up in the dropdown menu, like all of its other siblings do. It doesn't though. I assume this is because I have chosen it as the home page.
How can I make its link show up in the dropdown menu?

This behavior is a product of the WordPress function wp_page_menu() function. I dont personally know of any way using wp_page_menu() or wp_list_pages() to to make a child page that is set a static home page to show up in the page menu as a sibling.
You could do this if I you wanted to build the menu manually instead of having a function build it for you. All you'd need to do is remove and rebuild the thematic_access action.
There are plugins out there that may help with what you want to do.
