Autofocus Pro Front Page Issue

    I cannot figure out why the front page of my website ( www.tonylynch.net ) won't display images! I recently upgraded to Wordpress 3 and have been using the Fancy Gallery plug-in. The creator of Fancy Gallery suggested that when I upgrade to WP3 I delete a certain file called "afscripts.js" out of the Javascript folder for the Autofocus theme. Could this have caused me to lose the script/code necessary to power the front page? Any help would be appreciated!
