I'm using wp 3.0 menu in the sidebar on a page in a child theme that is using the new blog template with latest thematic release. For some reason the page title in the menu is not picking up the .aside .current_page_item styling from the style sheet.
If I change the page to the default template, no problem. The correct styling is seen.
Any ideas on what could be happening here?

Still trying to figure this out. The class is the same as the other menu items. It picks up the hover style as it should... It just doesn't pick up the current styling as all the other menu items do...
Which leads me to believe it has to do with the fact that it is using the blog template instead of the default template???
Anyone?

Alright well... I give up. I installed the associated posts plug-in instead of using the blog template... no problem with styling there.
