I bought the theme "Travailler" for my new business website http://www.capta1.com/ after reading the warning "Caveat Emptor and all that" meaning let the buyer beware. The theme promised stuff I was after like customizable header, easy removal of the footer ads etc. I bought it and was very please with so much but...
I had a problem and I don't know anything (nor do I wish to learn) about code etc. So I emailed the author Ian Stewart privately (what's that all about he includes his email address) and to my amazement, he answered! In just a few minutes. I offered to pay him to fix my issue but he didn't ask for money. In a few short emails he took the time to tell me how to take care of the issue and never asked for anything!
Let the buyer beware: this theme does what it says, is very simple to use and the support is incredible. I will be buying more.
