category drop down in custom primary menu?

    Hi there -

    So I've searched the forum and I'm still really confused about this. Is there any easy way to insert the category drop down functionality into the "Primary Menu"? I've included categories in the menu I created but am not sure how to show the children in the drop down.

    Also trying to get a drop down list of all tags...

    Upon closer inspection, I see that sub pages and sub categories are not even being generated when I use my own menu they way they are when using the default navigation..?

    never understood your question. but you can add things to the primary menu by filtering
