Changing content width and hiding elements

  1. Hi, the site in question is www.superlativum.se.

    I would like to remove both the sidebar and the crown. I've removed every widget from the sidebar but it's still there.

    I would also appreciate help changing the width of the content area so that the images (800px) fit.

    Its a nifty full-width page template that may just be what you're looking for.

    Also, to aid in identifying what css ID's and classes you need to mangle to make things
    fit the way you want, such as the content areas, make sure to use firebug or the firefox web developer addon.

  4. I think I'm going to go with the full-width template if that also removes the side bar.

    Question is, how do I implement the template? I've put it in the parent theme folder and I think I understand the concept of pages calling each other. But what page calls page.php and is that what I'm supposed to replace with the new template?
