    Hi,

    I am 15, and have a small web design company(captainpenguin.com), and I would like to use thematic for one of my clients(hd2excavating.com). At first glance, it looks really neat, but I am having some issues with the customization. What I am trying to do is make a box, say 800px wide and maybe 500px tall with a 3 or 4px border around it, then have the background be black, and the inside of the box be white. Maybe some borders to divide the header and sidebar from the content, etc. I was wondering how you would recommend going about that, and if you could give me some ideas.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I decided to customize the Smoking Blue child theme, and it is coming along fairly well. I am still amazed at the Thematic framework and look forward to using it for future clients.

    On a side note, whenever I enter <a href="http://domain.com/">link text</a> it erases my post. Are you allowed to include links in your post?

    Hi Micah, thanks for using Smoking Blue!
    That said, you have to write simply the link, without html code, IE http://domain.com/
