Error in xml-rpc when using child theme

    Hi,

    I'm trying to set up a site using thematic and a child theme.

    When I activate the child theme, I can't post to my blog using xml-rpc. The reason is that all responses from the blog have an extra line break as the first character, and it breaks the xml that is returned.

    When I switch only to thematic (not using child theme) this extra line break is not added.

    My child theme is currently very simple and doesn't have any extra lines that can explain it. Looks like something to do with the activation of child themes in thematic.

    Anybody experienced this or have any idea where to start looking?

    Hi,

    sorry .. tested WP 2.9 with a current SVN copy of Thematic and a basic child theme and I tested WP 2.8.6 with the last release of Thematic and a basic child theme. Everything is working fine.
