Excluding categories from Auto Focus

    I am trying to exclude certain categories from showing on the main page of Auto Focus, I downloaded simply exclude and included a category however it didn't do anything for the home page, do I need to dive in and create a custom loop? Using wordpress 3.0

    Simply excluded actually did work, guess there was a caching issue.
