Fatal error: Call to undefined function

    I am getting the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function thematic_abovecontainer()

    I also have to put an index file in my child theme, otherwise I get a blank screen.

    I have not made any changes to the thematic parent theme or to the indx file.

    What version of thematic are you using? Try updating Thematic to 0.9.6.1
