Footer moves on all Windows Browsers - OK on MAC

    I built a thematic child theme and I cannot get the Footer to stay in the same position as the #content above. It works on the newest version of Firefox (Mac), Safari, and Chrome.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I turned off the footer's display for now, sorry
