Hi,
I've just been playing around with the widgets, specifically the Index Top and content to see what they looked like using the text widget. However after I had removed the widgets a grey box remains, I have included a screenshot at the below address.

I am running wp 2.7 and have tried this is IE, Chrome, FF and Safari so it's not a browser issue.

I've just tried this on a fresh WP 2.7 install on a different host and I have the exact same problem. I also noticed that even if I only add something to the Index Top area a grey box appears where the Index Insert or bottom (I can't tell) area is.
Have you had any joy in looking into this?

I'll look into this right away. It'll involve an update to Thematic, I'm sure (which will go into the updates I'm working on) but I'll post the fix here first.
It seems like this is a problem with Thematic. The widget collapsing function isn't working in 2.7. Shucks. Looking into it.

Where do you find "Line 9 of widgets.php"? I didn't see it on the right in the theme editor. Or, do I see this somewhere else like the file manager area of the host cPanel?

Thank you. That worked, but did put my initial post right up to the header (no space), unlike merlin's.
Ian, thanks and love the theme. As soon as I added a title for the first post, it dropped down.
