Help Please -- Need to Create Master Container or Site Container

    How do i create a Container which would contain assign, header, main content, side bar, primary and secondary asides. Can you please share on how do i go about doing that ?
    Reason i want to do that is so that i can change the background color of the site without affecting the colors of (assign, header, main content, side bar etc.).

    huh? the whole site is wrapped up in a div called #wrapper. why can't you apply the background to body and then give #header, et all a background?
