HI,
I am using Thematic.latest version.
Sorry for the title, but I can not name what I want.
I wish to add a page just for short news and post regularly. I do not want this "secondary" posts to appear on the home page when published, but on their own called for example Latest News.
Is it possible ?
Where do I have to start ( may'be find the right title ??? ;-D )

You could try to create a new Custom Post Type with a plugin, or you could just put all the post you want to hide in the same category, let's call it "Asides", and then exclude this category with a piece of code which I don't exactly know, because I'm very new to Thematic u_U But that would be the idea :)

I have playing around with the Custom Post Type ever since...Both plug in + customized directly in the functions.php.
well..it works fantastically, but they do not behave like "real posts "...feed is also a problem.
So I'll have to try something else.
I'll open a new thread as it is anothe subject.
Thank you again mrc2407, at least I learnt something else and will use them if I need them for other cases.
