how to remove all postfooter info?

Hi all, I have had some success modifying thematic and I have one last modification that has me lost. I tried some suggestion from other threads but none worked.

I want to remove all the info that appears after a post such as (posted info, comments closed, edit)

Hey,

try this code in your child theme's functions.php:

function childtheme_postfooter() {
 // Abscence makes the heart grow fonder
}
add_filter('thematic_postfooter','childtheme_postfooter');

It worked thank Chris. Something strange did happen and I'm sure it's something I did but I copied and pasted that code and it broke the theme 4 times. On the fifth time it worked.

Anyways it's all good and I appreciate you taking the time to help me.
