larger in firefox than IE

    Could anybody tell me why my page looks like it is both wider(needs scrollbars at 1024x768) and has a larger text size when viewed in FF, yet is seemingly the correct width in IE.

    Usually it's the other way round isn't it, with IE adding extra padding or margins whenever it feels like it.

    have you zoomed the page? sometimes it happens.
