Localization: date & time format

    Hi,

    it'd be nice if the date & time formats for Thematic (e.g library/functions/hooks-filters.php Line:45) were either localizable (wrap in "__();") or taken from the WordPress settings (there's a setting for date & time format -- maybe there's a function to receive it.)
