I've got avatars on my mind:
1) Is there a way to change the avatar img size in the comments and author template? It looks like there is a way to filter thematic_commenter_link, but I think I need an example since what I am doing is not working.
2) Ian, after looking at the theme option to include avatars + email in the author template, I was wondering if this approach could be used to create an "about me" widget. It seems to me that built-in email protection makes this even more useful.
1.) You can filter the avatar size like so:
function childtheme_avatarsize() {
return '56';
}
add_action( 'avatar_size', 'childtheme_avatarsize' );… where "56" is your avatar size in pixels. One of the many awesome things inherited from the Sandbox.
2.) Like Blogger's? Yes. I may do something like this. That's a good idea.
