Showing only 5 articles: category page

Hello everyone,

For some reason I do not understand, only the latest 5 articles show up when I choose a category page, instead of, say a page with 10 articles with links at the bottom pointing to the "next page".

Ex.: http://www.magazine-audio.com/category/essais-hi-fi/essais-accessoires-hi-fi/ (this category has 41 articles at the time or writing).

I have not been able to figure out how to customise this parameter. It must have something to do with the <?php thematic_categoryloop() ?> in the category.php file, am I right?

@Baudesign: My understanding is that the number of posts in the category page is defined in Settings -> Reading. At least, that's how it works for me.

It seems like you might already have found the solution though - as there are now 10 posts showing on the page.

Other than that, a custom category template?

flick, yes, you are right about the settings. I am now using http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-pagenavi/, it helps a lot. Thanks for the reply.
