   Hello,

   I have a previous post regarding Sidebar, but it is labeled Help! I wasn't sure if it was appropriate to make another post regarding a different issue, or not.

   The thing I am wanting to change is the space between the left side of the page, and the sidebar. I'm not sure how far to the left I want it to go, but I want it to be closer to the left and give more space to the main page. The siebar lines up with the top menu bar, and I dont really need that, however I want the top menu bar to stay where it is(where it says Home, About Me etc..) My page is http://www.justin-dixon.com, I am just wanting that to go to the left more where it says Recent Posts, Categories, etc.. Also, I actually would like to totally remove the sidebar from all pages except the blog posts that are in the Journal tab. I have wordpress setup so the "blog" is only on the Journal page. I want the sidebar to show up on all my "blog" entries.

   Any help would be greatly appericiated,

   Hi Justin

   I hope I am understanding you correctly.

   The reason the current theme sits where it is is because it is what is called a fixed width design. The designer has said the width of the site is 960px and needs to sit in the centre of your monitor. It sits in the centre of my monitor and doesn't have too much space between the sidebar and the edge of my monitor. I would suggest you keep that as is.

   However, if you want to make the sidebar smaller and the content larger, then you need to add this to your stylesheet. Your stylesheet is the file called style.css and is contained within your theme folder.

   float:right;
   margin: 0 0 0 -210px;
   }
   #content {
   width:720px;
   overflow:hidden;
   margin: 0 0 0 220px;
   }
   .main-aside {
   width:200px;
   float:left;
   position:relative;
   }

   float:left;

   }

   I hope I haven't missed anything. I'm still learning as well. I'm sure if I have misunderstood etc or made a mistake someone will correct it.

   Try it anyway.

   Not sure about your second question but I will look into it.
