ThemeShapper home page?

    How can I specifically create a page to be the homepage of the website and show posts in a page called blog?
    The way I know is to go to settings > reading and change the page to be displayed as the home page. But I don't know how to show a page with posts when someone click on blog.

    change the "posts" field to the page you'd like to use as your blog page. for instance, i've created a page called "blog", and from the settings-->reading, changed that to my posts page.

    But would the page "blog" emulate the functionality of the home page showing posts and sidebar?

    i believe so... if you're trying to hide the sidebar on your blog page, that is something i don't really know how to do.

    Now I'm using a page called "home" to act as the home page. http://www.hostingsiteslab.com/

    My question is: what do I have to do to make the page called "blog"( link in the footer) to show the latest 10 posts. Keeping the default header and footer of the other pages?
