Announcing Acamas

I’m proud to announce my latest theme, Acamas. It’s another Thematic Themelet that completley changes the look of Thematic and adds new functionality. This time, it’s a featured post area with a considerate structure that changes the layout based on the type of blog page you’re on. Plus, it has a lot of possibilities for customization. Check it out and see if it’s right for your blog.

  1. Ian, you’ve done it again! I’m really diggin’ the the light weight/easy to use features of Acamas. The gridded archive pages are marvelous. I especially like how the Search form pops up at the bottom of the Search Results page so that users can enter another search if they didn’t find what they were looking for the first time. Great idea!

  2. @Allan That search form is actually just a bit of CSS madness involving the Search Widget. Might as well do something with it!

@Daus Well, Thematic is still completely free. šŸ™‚ You could always make your own version of Acamas.

  3. Ian, the Acamas demo’s comments are different than the comment options in my implimented theme. Do you have any plugins activated for the Acamas demo and if so, what are they? Actually, are you using a plugin for this comment section? I really like the set up.
